Fun With Small Sample Sizes

I couldn't help but find this amusing, even though it covers just two handfuls of games:

Chris Osgood, career against the Detroit Red Wings:

1 win, 7 losses, 2 ties, 3.35 GAA, .879 save percentage

I just had to look up the win... October 29, 2003 - Blues 6, Wings 5. Dallas Drake had five assists for St. Louis, who drove Dominik Hasek out of the nets with four goals on just 13 shots. Osgood stopped 24 of 25 in the third period.

Incidentally, the losing goalie in that contest, Manny Legace, moved to St Louis himself and went 7-9-0, .909 sv%, 2.97 GAA against Detroit, with one shutout.
